Trying something new today, I pulled out a sketchbook and made some marks in relation to each book I read this morning. I liked it enough to keep it going in some way.

Our lives are meant to be full of abundance and joy, yet in order to experience true happiness, we need to know who we are. In order to find the answers we seek, we need to know our own questions. Drawing can support you as you re-create your life. With so many benefits, it’s hard to understand why adults don’t draw the way they used when they were young. How did such a natural, positive, and empowering way of expressing the human spirit get squeezed out?
